Champagne Sorbet

  • 350ml sparkling wine
  • 60ml water
  • 120g sugar
  • 20g glucose syrup
  • 120g raspberries
  • 120g frozen cranberries


Combine all ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Press through a fine strainer. Chill and churn in an icecream machine or freezer bowl.
