Noac Cham (dipping sauce)

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 chillies, chopped
  • 3 large tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 large tbsp sugar
  • 3 large tbsp water
  • ½ large tbsp lemon juice


In a mortar pound together the garlic and chilli. Add the remaining ingredients and set aside. This can be made and stored in the fridge in an airtight container for a couple of weeks.
