Care instructions:

• Before first use, protect your chopping board against grease, and stains and to increase its natural resistance to moisture, it is recommended to be rubbed with a food approved oil (vegetable oil or WOOD REVITALISING OIL Mineral116679) wipe off any surplus oil and then repeat the treatment 24 hours later.
• Clean your chopping board by wiping it with a wet cloth or scrubbing it with a brush.
• Do not soak in water for prolonged periods of time as this may cause the wood to split.
• Dry the chopping board carefully, store in a ventilated area.
• To recondition the chopping board, it may be rubbed with sandpaper and re-oiled as required.
• Not recommended for dishwasher use as this will cause the board to dry out and split.
