Store Manager

We're looking for an experienced and passionate retail leader to manager each store. If you have experience with managing a team and leading the day to day operations of a retail store than you could be a strong applicant.

About the role:

• Recruiting, training and mentoring team members
• Coordinating rosters and delegating tasks
• Reviewing sales reports, KPIs and analysing data to improve and celebrate performance
• Assist with Visual Merchandiser with implementing promotions and store standards
• Display exceptional customer service and drive sales performance

Assistant Store Manager

Are you are retail superstar looking to step into a leadership position, or an experienced leader looking to be part of opening a new store to further develop your skills? Then this could be the role for you!

About the role:

• Display exceptional customer service and drive sales performance
• Coordinate and supervise team members on shift
• Support Store Manager with reviewing sales reports and KPIs
• Work with Visual Merchandisers to ensure the store is highly presentable at all times

Casual Sales Assistant

Seeking enthusiastic sales people who are passionate about retail and homewares and are keen be part of an exciting store opening!

About the role:

• Provide high level customer service to ensure all guests are attended to
• Process sales through POS and drive repeat customers through loyalty programs
• Stock and replenish shelves, ensuring to follow presentation standards
• Keep up to date with new products to be able to effortlessly assist customers with their needs
