Blueberry Southside Cocktail

• 60ml 23^rd St Gin

  20ml Bickfords Blueberry Juice

  8 blueberries plus extra to garnish

  6 mint leaves

  ½ lime juiced

  30ml W&B Southside Cocktail Mix

Muddle blueberries with lime juice and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, blueberry juice, cocktail mix and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe  glass and garnish with a slice of lime and a few blueberries threaded onto a cocktail pick.
