INGREDIENTS
• 165g salted potato chips
• 60g jamón
• 70g anchovies
• Manchego cheese, sliced or grated
METHOD
1. Spread the salted potato chips evenly across a serving platter.
2. Grate or slice the Manchego cheese and scatter it over the chips.
3. Top with jamón and anchovies, distributing evenly across the platter.
