Coriander Avocado Dressing

Ingredients

• ½ avocado
• 1 bunch coriander
• Juice of 3 limes
• 60-80ml Olive oil
• Salt and cumin to taste
• Honey or agave nectar to taste
  
  

Method

Blend all ingredients together in a blender and season to taste.
