Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients

• 30mL Limoncello
• Prosecco
• Soda Water
• lemon slices & ice to serve

 Method

1. Take cocktail or wine glass and fill with ice
2. Pour 30mL Limoncello into glass
3. Pour prosecco to fill glass half way
4. Top drink with soda water
5. Stir & serve with fresh lemon
