Ingredients

1 scoop frozen lemon sorbet

30mL vodka

Prosecco

Method

1. Place 1 scoop of lemon sorbet ice cream into a cocktail glass
2. Pour 30mL of your preferred vodka over the lemon sorbet
3. Top up the mixture with prosecco until the glass is full. Enjoy!
