All but one glass was wrapped well. That glass was shattered when it arrived. Having said that the service to replace the glass was exceptional. I went to Collect the replacement from Foundation Gate store. The lady was very helpful. Knew who I was when I mentioned I was there to collect a replacement. Said any issues moving forward call direct. It was great service.

Sadly, one of the glasses (which were a birthday gift) arrived smashed. The other was fine and the recipient loved it! I sent an email but have not heard back. Edit: Star review changed as they have responded and offered a refund! Thank you.
These glasses are not just lovely to look at but also really nice to touch. They feel solid and are perfect for a wind down cocktail at the end of the day.
These martini glasses are fabulous! I bought them as a Christmas present for a relative who loves great design in glassware. I'm now so tempted to buy them for myself. I ordered them on line and they arrived beautifully packaged in a very short time frame. Thank you Wheel and Barrow for another great design.
Fast delivery. Very happy.
Beautiful glasses
Very happy with my purchase
Great, sturdy glass for travelling in the caravan as well
I absolutely LOVE my cocktail glasses, they hold a large amount and they look very stylish. There are similar ones out there for twice the price and these are just as good. I'm so glad I took the plunge to buy them. Perfect!!!
I love the beautiful designed glasses! Unfortunately they 8 glasses were delivered with 4 broken due to the packaging. However, it's been replaced and I picked up 4 good ones from nearby store. Overall a happy purchase even with a little hurdle.
Excellent, thank you.
Love, love these gorgeous glasses. The frosted stems are a beautiful contrast.
Very happy with your product and your packaging was well done, we will definitely order more from your company.
