Lotus Flower

Ingredients:

• 60ml Wheel&Barrow Blue Lagoon
• 30ml lychee syrup from Canned lychees
• 60ml 23rd st pomegranate vodka 
• 7 mint leaves

 Method:

1. Lightly muddle mint in the base of a shaker.
2. Add the other ingredients, Shake vigorously with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with mint and a lychee.
