Lotus Flower
Ingredients:
- 60ml Wheel&Barrow Blue Lagoon
- 30ml lychee syrup from Canned lychees
- 60ml 23rd st pomegranate vodka
- 7 mint leaves
Method:
- Lightly muddle mint in the base of a shaker.
- Add the other ingredients, Shake vigorously with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with mint and a lychee.
