Noac Cham (dipping sauce)
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 chillies, chopped
- 3 large tbsp fish sauce
- 3 large tbsp sugar
- 3 large tbsp water
- ½ large tbsp lemon juice
Method
In a mortar pound together the garlic and chilli. Add the remaining ingredients and set aside. This can be made and stored in the fridge in an airtight container for a couple of weeks.
