Peanut Butter & Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1 cup of oats

2 teaspoons of chia seeds

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 ½ tablespoons of maple syrup

1 ½ cups of oat milk

2 cups of blueberries

3 tablespoons of peanut butter

 

Method

  1. Add oats, chia seeds, vanilla extract, oat milk, and maple syrup to a bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Add 1 cup of blueberries and stir until mixed through.
  3. Grab your weck jars and drizzle some peanut butter onto the bottom and sides of the jar.
  4. Take your mixture and scoop and fill jars until all the mixture is gone.
  5. Place lid on jars and place in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours.
  6. When ready to eat, top the overnight oats with extra blueberries and peanut butter. Enjoy!
