Curry Meatballs
makes 14 skewers
1 tablespoon curry powder
500g pork and veal mince
½ onion, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 sprigs fresh marjoram
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
4 sprigs thyme, picked
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp chilli powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and combine well. Roll into walnut size balls and place gently on a skewer. Heat the oven or BBQ and cook for about 8 -10 minutes until cooked through. Serve with tomato kasundi.
